  • And found in most baked goods as cookies, doughnuts, muffins, and pies ,pancakes and waffles that made from wheat flour.
  • In wheat-based pastas and and some snack foods as pretzels.
  • It's also found in several processed foods and other items as meat substitutes, egg substitutes, processed cheeses and breakfast cereals.
