The difference between Will and Would: 

Will

  • Used as: both as a noun and as a modal verb.
(The meaning):

  • As a verb

    indicating the future tense.
    refers to unavoidable circumstances or occurrences.
    a demand.
    stating actual capacities or skills.

    As a noun

    a legal instrument that specifies how to handle money and property after death.
    an individual's capacity for will.

Would
  • used as:   a modal verb.
(The meaning):
  1. Past of will.
  2. refers to the outcome of a hypothetical circumstance or occurrence.
  3. expresses a tendency or desire.
  4. signifies a kind request.
For example:
  • I will travel tomorrow to cairo.
  • I would not do this if it was not for you.
