The flamingo bird is born with gray feathers, but the flamingo turns into pink or red as the water bacteria contain a lot of beta-carotene to this color, so the more they eat and feed well, the more  their color turns into dark pink or red, and the white  or pale bird  means that  it does not feed well, or the nature of its food no  contains beta-carotene.
