In fact ,, the importance  of daily food is essential  and obevious  ,, whence food is the main factor which  make person  able to do all activities  in his daily  life and provides us power and energy in order to grow and develop our gealth, food  is considered  the main producer of nutrients  , ,, which enable people  to do all activities  in body  for example  keep immune system in  healthy case  , ,,  make people's body  keep temperature  so body  keep in safe keep human's breath in safe. .. and so keep all vital  operations occur in human's body ..., ,,
