Yes, have is a present tense, as it's the present form of verb to have. We use have with the plural subject ( we/ they/ you) or any plural noun. The singular form is has which we use with singular subjects( he/ she/ it) or any singular noun. We use v. to have as an auxiliary verb or as a main verb .

EX:

They have done the homework.

I have 4 sisters and one brother.
