Is it healthy to sweat a lot?

It's normal to sweat when you get hot or do exercise or when you are nervous or sick but excessive sweating can be associated with some diseases as diabetes, heart failure, anxiety and hyperthyroidism or as a side effect of some drugs.

You should be worried about excessive sweating if it's accompanied by lightheadedness, chest pain or nausea or when you suddenly begin to sweat more than usual or when sweating disrupts your daily routine.
