"To Whom It May Concern" is commonly utilized toward the start of a letter or email as a welcome while tending to the individual who might get our letter. We start "To Whom It May Concern" with a capital letter toward the start of each word. Follow it with a colon. Twofold space before you start the shape of your letter.
