There are many types of whole grains that are the healthiest, such as:
- Whole Oats that is gluten-free and rich in minerals and fibers.

- Whole Wheat that is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber

Buckwheat. It is one of the grains rich in vitamins, protein, calories and fats.

Millet which is rich in vitamins, proteins and minerals.

- Whole Barley which is rich in  phosphorus , magnesium,zinc, cooper and iron.
