You will not be able to cry in many different situations such as:

1- Depression, if you suffer from depression, you will express it in different ways other than crying

2- Anhedonia

3- Repressed feelings, meaning that if you are one of the people who cannot express their feelings or have pent-up feelings, you will not be able to show that by crying

4- If you suffer from societal pressure
