Viscosity increase with temperature because the raise in temperature leads to the growing of the energy of gas molecules,which raise the randomness of molecules.Higher hindrances be the cause of the raise in the density of inter-molecular clash,which in turn lead  to delay the movement of gases,consequently viscosity grows
