No, laser hair removal doesn't cause cancer. The lasers used in laser hair removal emit a small amount of radiation. This radiation, however, is not considered harmful, and there is no evidence that laser hair removal causes skin cancer. Laser hair treatment is safe when performed by an experienced doctor.
