Reasons for being fat are a lot، from them:

  1. Having your food quickly
  2. Don't have enough quantity of water.
  3. Setting for long time and never practice any kind of sports.
  4. Never get enough sleeping
  5. Having food in big plates and also when watching T.V
  6. Never get enough protein or fiber 
  7. Using elevator instead of the stairs
  8. Eating unhealthy snacks
  9. Depending on a lot of milky products.
  10. Of course never having enough fruits and vegetables.
  11. The irregular meal time
  12. Using weekends to eat unhealthy foods.
