•  because it contains the key nutrients for them , and it is harmless , eating poop is just normal for some species , and not all animals can eat their poop without causing harm to themselves.
• " Underfeeding" , you have to feed your dog well and regulary.
• It may feel bored , if you left your dog alone this may make him feel  bored and make it eat his poop.
• Stress also a reason for making your dog eat his poop.
• May be your dog has enzymes deficiency.
• May be your dog has diseases that makes  it always feel hungry like diabetes or thyroid issues.
