Yes,  whole milk  can be frozen 

it is possible to freeze liquid milk (pasteurized or sterilized) in the freezer, but this must be done while adhering to specific conditions, and the following are some of them: ... 4- If the milk is of the full cream type, the freezing process may result in the formation of lumps of Fatty substances.
