Almond milk is a drink that made by grinding the fruit of almonds, and it is often used as a substitute for emulsified milk from cows and other animals. Almond milk does not contain cholesterol or  lactose, unlike animal milk that contains almond products. It is suitable for vegetarians who do not drink animal milk.

The basic method for preparing almond milk at home is by soaking the almond in water for several hours,   then mixing in a mixer with water soaked in it, then filtering the almond peels in a colander, and you can add some sweeteners to it.
